After your booking you will receive a confirmation email with all details of your booking.

After that, couples of days / weeks before your arrival, you will receive another email from us that will give you all details to prepare your stay.

You will get:
* address of the accomodation
* how to get there
* how you will get the keys

You will get as well a link to our Welcome Pack that give ideas for restaurants, sightseeing and more.

Once your booking confirmed, you will receive an email with all the ways to come to the accomodation from:
* Airport
* Train station
* By car

You’ll get as well all car parks close to the flat.

In case of physical welcome, you will be in touch ~48 hrs before your arrival with the host that will welcome you. You will then plan the check-in time.

The host will brief you with the accomodation, Wifi, Access code, …

The same host will contact you 48hrs before your departure to schedule the check-out.

If the check-in is autonomous, you will receive all information via email.

Before your arrival you will be asked for a 500€ deposit. You can “pay” it using cash or using credit/debit card. 2 days before your arrival you will receive an email asking you for it.

Follow the link inside the email to land on the deposit page of our website, transaction is secured and 500€ amount will be put on hold on your card.

The amount is not captured unless damages are made in the accomodation.

Unfortunately we don’toffer such service, It is not possible to store lugages.

There are some companies or shops that can provide such service, all details will be provided to you inside the guide you will receive before your arrival.
